‘The 5th Edition of The Great Indian BFSI Awards 2025 is an Initiative by BFSI Digital Stallions Forum
1. Applications to ‘The 5th Edition of The Great Indian BFSI Awards 2025 are open for BFSI Brands and their marketing & digital marketing agency partners
2. All entries submitted by marketing & digital marketing agencies need to be approved by the BFSI brands on whose behalf the award entries are being submitted
3. If a campaign falls into multiple categories then you can place the entry into multiple categories using a single award entry form
4. Campaign Timeline Eligibility – Launched between April 1 2024 till 31 March 2025. Award Entries are now being accepted and last date to submit awards entries is April 18 2025
5. BFSI Digital Stallions Forum reserves the right to utilize your award entries / brand name / agency / partner name and logo for promoting the initiative
6. The decision of the Jury Members & BFSI Digital Stallions Forum is final & binding and cannot be disputed
7. The organizers of this event and the jury have no legal obligations towards the participants – BFSI Brands and their marketing & digital marketing agency partners
8. The award entry shall be judged on multiple criteria which have been laid down by BFSI Digital Stallions Forum and is shared only with the jury members
9. The winners shall be informed via e-Mail, Social media posts on LinkedIn and on the Website
10. The payment can be done via cheque, net banking – NEFT
11. Only entries for which the payment has been duly received shall be considered valid and the award entry fee is non-negotiable & non-refundable under any circumstance
12. Disputes if any shall be settled in the legal jurisdiction of the city of Mumbai
